restricting new accounts

Michael Thon
I'm installing Galaxy for the first time on my server, which will be used only for our own research and possibly for teaching.  I want to restrict new user signups.  Is there any way to do that?
Thanks!

Hi Michael,

Have a look in your config/galaxy.ini file and set the
"allow_user_creation" to False

# Allow unregistered users to create new accounts (otherwise, they will
have to
# be created by an admin).
#allow_user_creation = True

Cheers,
Bjoern
